After a long period of closure the Government has now given approval for museums etc to re-open. The Tolbooth museum is delighted to re-open its doors to the general public but we do take health precautions very seriously so we are starting slowly. Our first day open will be Saturday 25th July, followed by Sunday. Unfortunately we will be closed during the following week as we assess the precautions now put in place. Hopefully we will be open again the following weekend (1st and 2nd August) and perhaps then open for our full summer schedule. During the first weekend the shop will be closed and we are suspending the Dinosaur Hunt in the interest of safety for all.
